Pick the 3 questions you think we should ask the Mayoral candidates:

  • PAID SICK DAYS: Do you support making sure every employer in New York City is required to provide paid sick days to their employees, especially in light of recent Swine Flu cases?
  • PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: How do we keep the subway and bus system reliable and hold down the fare?
  • AFFORDABLE HOUSING: What's your plan to make sure middle- and working-class people can afford to call New York City home?
  • TAX FAIRNESS: Do you believe in progressive taxation? Would you help balance the budget by raising taxes on the very wealthy? Is that better of worse than the sales tax?
  • GOOD SCHOOLS: How would you improve our schools and keep them transparent and accountable to parents and teachers?
  • RESPONSIBLE DEVELOPMENT: How would you make sure development projects respect community concerns, create living-wage jobs, and include homes middle-class people can afford?
  • MINIMUM WAGE: It’s nearly impossible to get by in NYC on $7.15 an hour. Do you support raising the minimum wage in New York City as other cities have done?
  • GOOD JOBS: With thousands of New Yorkers out of work and good-paying jobs disappearing, what’s your plan for rebuilding an economy that works for working families?
