Today, we're kicking off our campaign for paid sick days. After 8 million Americans went to work with swine flu last fall, the need for paid sick days should be clearer than ever. We shouldn't wait until the next outbreak to make sure people have the ability to stay home when they're sick. 

600,000 Connecticut residents lack paid sick days. For far too many working people, losing a day's pay -- or even your job -- is as easy as a child catching the flu.
